Premium Home Inspection:

Our Premium Residential Home Inspection service provides a thorough assessment of the primary systems of your home, from the roof to the foundation. We provide detailed reports that cover the condition of all the major components of your home, including the electrical, plumbing, roofing, foundation, and HVAC systems. Our experienced home inspectors are here to help you make an informed decision about your purchase. We hold our clients best interest as our highest priority for our inspection services.
Swimming Pool Inspection: $150.00 to schedule a stand-alone pool inspection.
$100.00 to add a Pool Inspection to our Premium Home Inspection services for a residence that has a swimming pool.
Our Swimming Pool Inspection service is designed to provide our clients with accurate and useful information about the pool systems. We inspect the circulation, heating, and filtering systems, as well as the electrical components, water pH, and safety deficiencies. Our inspection report describes any visible defects and their implications related to the pool system identified during the inspection. The swimming pool inspection is not an intrusive detailed professional evaluation of the pool and its systems. Our primary focus is on the water of residential pools and spas, and the present condition of the systems and components that move or change it.

Annual Home Maintenance Inspection:
Our Annual Home Maintenance Inspection service provides a comprehensive review of your home's systems that require frequent or scheduled maintenance to evaluate overall condition and identify any potential issues.
We provide a detailed report so that you can plan for any necessary repairs or maintenance.

Roof Inspection:
Our Roof Inspection service is designed to give you peace of mind by providing a comprehensive report of the condition and integrity of your roof. Our team of experienced inspectors will thoroughly inspect all components of your roof, including flashing, gutters, and shingles, to make sure that your roof is sound and properly sealed. With our Roof Inspection service, you can be sure that your roof is in its best condition.
4-Point Inspection:
This service is priced at $300 as a standalone.
If you're looking for a comprehensive inspection that covers 4 primary essential aspects of your home, our 4-Point Inspection service is the perfect solution. Our team of experts provides a detailed report identifying the condition of the 4 primary systems.
Electrical (electrical service panel and sub panels)
HVAC (heating and Cooling temp differential, age and size, maintenance)
Plumbing (water, sewer, gas piping, shut off, functional flow and drainage)
Roofing (Shingles, Layers, Flashing, Ventilation, Exterior / Attic condition)

The plumbing inspection is at no extra cost when part of the standard home inspection. This will not be available as a stand-alone service.

Our New Construction Inspection service provides a comprehensive evaluation of all aspects of the newly constructed home. We thoroughly examine all parts of the home to ensure that the major systems and components are functioning properly. Our experienced inspectors provide detailed and accurate reports to give you peace of mind.
Deck Inspection:
Our Deck Inspection service ensures your outdoor living space is secure and safe for use. Our certified home inspectors will thoroughly examine the structure of your deck, checking for signs of rot and decay, as well as any other potential safety issues. We'll provide you with a report detailing any necessary repairs or replacements that should be made to ensure your deck is a safe and enjoyable space. Please note, this service will be included at no extra cost when homes have an attached deck at the time of the home inspection.
Electrical System Inspection: Part of the Standard Home Inspection Service
Our Electrical Inspection service provides a comprehensive review of the electrical system in your home. We'll inspect all wiring, outlets, switches, and other electrical components to ensure they are functioning safely and effectively. Our certified inspectors will provide a detailed report of any issues that may need to be addressed.
Chimney & Fireplace Inspection: Part of the Standard Home Inspection Service
Ensure the safety of your home with our standard Chimney & Fireplace Inspection service. We conduct a comprehensive examination and evaluation of your chimney and fireplace, aiming to mitigate risks and hazards. With a commitment to professionalism and thoroughness, we provide peace of mind through our dedicated service. Fireplace and Chimney inspections are not avaliable as a stand alone service. The home inspector's evaluation of your fireplace and chimney does not replace the professional inspection conducted by a qualified chimney sweep contractor.
